Butter Croissant:
Place frozen croissants on a sheet pan with baking paper. Let them thaw for 15 to 20 minutes at room temperature. Egg wash the products (optional) and bake in a preheated oven (350ºF in convection oven - 13 to 15 minutes; 390ºF in traditional oven - 16 to 18 minutes). Cool down and serve.

Chocolate Croissant:
Place the croissants on a parchment paper-lined sheet pan and bake in convection oven for 25 to 30min at 330-360°F (165-180°C).

Filled Pancakes:
Remove the pancakes from their plastic wrap. Thaw for 2 hours at room temperature or 3 hours in refrigerator. Warm up in a pan on or in a toaster for a few seconds at medium heat.

Croissants:
Dough 99%: flour, wheat, butter (23.5%), water, sugar, yeast, wheat gluten, salt, flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid), enzymes. Glazing 1%: eggs. CONTAINS GLUTEN, MILK, EGGS.

Chocolate Croissant:

Strawberry, sugar, concentrated lemon juice, fruit pectin.

Apricot Bonne Maman:

Chocolate and Hazelnut Filled Pancake:
