Our ready-to-bake galette des rois is made with premium ingredients and filled with an almond cream filling, called frangipane.

Oven: Remove packaging and leave the galette on a sheeted baking tray for 1 hour at room temperature.
Then preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Then, from frozen, bake the king cake for 25‐30 min at 400°F (200 +/‐5°C). Finish baking at 350°F for another 15-20mn.
