Serve warm: Preheat oven at 400°F. Place the Canelés on sheet pan with baking paper. Bake during 10 min and allow product to cool down for maximum crispness of the outside. Serve cold: Place the Canelés for 5 hours in refrigerator. Before serving leave the Canelés at room temperature for 10 min minimum.
