Boasting a delicate soft interior coated by a lightly caramelized crust, our Canelés from Bordeaux are renowned for their mouthwatering orange and Cognac harmony. As you bite into these irresistible morsels, your teeth will sink into soft, sweet, and custardy goodness.
Serve warm: Preheat oven at 400°F. Place the Canelés on sheet pan with baking paper. Bake during 10 min and allow product to cool down for maximum crispness of the outside.
Serve cold: Place the Canelés for 5 hours in refrigerator. Before serving leave the Canelés at room temperature for 10 min minimum.
