Hollandaise Sauce

This Sauce is ready to use. Perfect for chicken, fish/seafood, veggies, and eggs. Suitable for vegetarians.


Microwave: Open pouch at tear tab (or use scissors), place in a mug or cup, heat for 5 seconds on high or 10 seconds on medium, remove and serve.


Bain-marie: Our preferred method. Simmer pouch (do not boil) for 3 minutes, remove, tear off opening (or remove with scissors) and serve.
