Mulled Wine Mix (Vin Chaud)

To make a delicious glass of mulled wine:


- Warm up 130ml of red wine

- 70ml of orange juice

- 1 to 2 teaspoons of this spice mix.


If you are making mulled wine for a get together, mix a whole bottle of wine (75cl ) with 40cl of orange juice and 80g of spice (about 10 spoonfuls).

All you need is some red wine, a splash of orange juice, a few spoonfuls of sugar… then heat it all up and enjoy in moderation!
