Yes. The product images used on our site are the actual products we sell. That said, it’s important to keep in mind that with raw food, the item you receive may have slight differences in size, shape, composition, and/or color.
At this time, we do not have any retail stores open to the public. However, we will soon be launching a retail store on Route 17 in Paramus, New Jersey.
We are located in Secaucus, New Jersey, but have shipping facilities in Florida, California, Texas, Colorado, and Washington.

We seal wrap our products and pack them with dry ice to keep them cold inside a sealed container. Dry ice is a gaz, so it doesn’t release water when defrosting and does not damage the product during shipping. Based on National Weather Service forecasts, we include what we deem to be a sufficient quantity of dry ice to maintain temperature.
Additionally, we schedule your shipment to avoid your package sitting in a shipper's warehouse over the weekend; so if you order on Friday, we will typically hold your order until Monday so it does not spend Saturday and Sunday in an unrefrigerated warehouse.

Launched in 1992, Cuisinery is the result of the merger between the export operations of France Mediation USA Inc. (a sales agency for the French food and wine companies) and Toque d'Alsace S.A. (a French manufacturer of frozen entrees and appetizers).
