Flammekueche— or Tarte Flambée— is a specialty from Alsace, a historical region in northeastern France. What is it, you ask? Essentially, a delicious thin sheet of unleavened dough with crème fraiche, caramelized onions, and ham. Yum.

Oven:
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) for 10 minutes. Remove all packaging and place frozen Tarte on a pizza grid. If not available place on parchment paper or baking mat directly on the oven rack.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes. Using a spatula, lift the Tarte carefully to ensure center is no longer soft.

If needed, bake for a few more minutes until the center is baked. Let stand for 1 minute and serve hot.
