Thaw the sauce in its pouch in your refrigerator overnight, or for a minimum of 12 hours.

Stove:
Pour béchamel sauce in a saucepan and warm up over medium heat for 2-3 mins. Whisk constantly.

Microwave:
Pour in a microwaveable bowl, whisk sauce and warm up on HIGH for 2 mins, whisking 1-2 times until boiling.

How to preserve this product?
Do not thaw and refreeze. Keep 2 days refrigerated at 32-39°F, bag unopened. Once opened, use within 24 hours, refrigerated.
