Broccoli Florets

Tender, flavorful and easy to prepare, our Broccoli Florets are a healthy side dish to keep in your back pocket, and go with just about anything.

Toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet; then spread them out and roast until the edges are crispy and the stems are crisp tender!

Stove Top:
Bring salted water to full boil in a covered saucepan. Add frozen broccoli and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.

Put broccoli in a steaming basket over boiling water or in a pressure cooker. Cover and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.

Place broccoli in microwaveable dish, add 2-4 tablespoons of water. Cover and heat for approximately 2-3 minutes, stir, drain excess water, season to taste and serve.

Shelf life:
Keep frozen at 0º F until ready to use. Do no thaw and refreeze. Unopened bags can be stored for 24 months.

Defrost the broccoli and toss them in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, herbs, olive oil and bake the preparation for 25 min at 325F. A great way to season those beloved vegetables!
