These lobsters are wild-caught from the cold Atlantic waters and processed at the peak of freshness which ensures they keep their firmness and delicate flavor.

They will redden when cooked and their see-through flesh turns into a delicious sweet white meat.
There are hundreds of gourmet ways to enjoy lobster. Consider roasting the shells meat-side up. Then serve them warm with our Garlic and Herbs Butter and a drizzle of lemon juice. Or grill the tails and combine with roasted Broccli florets, Potatoes au Gratin and why not our Beef Filet Mignon for an amazing surf and turf.

Thaw during 10 hours in your refrigerator:
When thawing, remove from plastic packaging. Cover and refrigerate below 38°F. Once thawed, consume within one to two days.

Quick thaw method:
Immerse packaged frozen lobster tails in cold water for approximately 30 minutes.

Enjoy steamed or grilled, served warm or cold, in a variety of gourmet recipes.
