Cooking direction Stovetop: For 1 cup of frozen grains, cook in a nonstick pan over medium heat stirring occasionally for 1-2 minutes or to desired temperature. Microwave: For 1 cup of frozen grains, put in microwave safe bowl and heat on high for 45 seconds or to desired temperature. (Microwaves vary and grains may take more or less time to heat thoroughly.).
