Naturally lean, our King Turbot Loin (also called Lomo de Rodaballo in Spanish) is very versatile and pairs well with any seasonings or marinades. It is delicious grilled, pan-seared, sauteed, baked or fried.

Our turbot loin is fresh frozen to preserve all the nutritional qualities of the fish. Each loin weighs approximately 7 oz.

Thaw in refrigerator:
When thawing, remove from plastic packaging. Cover and refrigerate below 38°F. Once thawed, consume within one to two days. Snapper is fully cooked when it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F and flesh is opaque throughout.

Quick thaw method:
Immerse packaged frozen fish fillet in cold water for approximately 30 minutes.

Grill, broil, or pan sauté for a quick, delicious meal.
