Conventional Oven:
  1. Preheat oven to 425 °F.
  2. Peel open the pouch and place the thawedlamb shanks in an oven-safe dish. Discard the plastic pouch.
  3. Heat for 18-21 minutes.
  4. Carefully take the dish out of the oven and serve.

  1. Remove the thawed lamb shanks and sauce from pouch and place in a microwave-safe container. Discard plastic pouch.
  2. Microwave on High for 3-4minutes.
  3. Carefully remove container from microwave and let stand 1 minute fore serving.
