Saccottini with Mixed Cheese

Filled with high-value black truffle and soft cheese, these traditional pasta fagotti shells are as tasty as they come, featuring a decadent mix cheese filling of Provolone, Emmental, Fontal & Gorgonzola. As it's a bronze-cut pasta, it's a also little coarser, a little more porous than your everyday variety—and, thus, a better surface for sauces to cling to. Cook them directly from frozen.

Stove: Bring salted water to the boil, add the still frozen pasta and once the water comes back to the boil, cook for 4-5 minutes. Drain the pasta and serve with your favorite sauce.
