Oven: Place the frozen product onto a sheet of baking paper and place it directly over the oven rack in the middle of your oven. Bake in the oven at 420°F (220°C) for 9 minutes. Turn the product halfway cooking.

Pan: Place some baking paper in a non sticking pan, heat and place the frozen product, in a single layer. Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, flipping them once. Remove the lid and cook for another 4 minutes, flip the flans now and then.

Please note that these instructions are indicative, baking time and baking temperature depend on the type of oven you have.
