Our White Shrimps from the Gulf of Mexico are extremely versatile and go well in a wide variety of seasonings. Peeled and deveined, they are very easy to prepare and can be appreciated fried, sautéed, baked grilled, boiled or steamed.

Thaw in refrigerator:
When thawing, remove the shrimps from plastic packaging to protect their high-quality flavor and texture. Cover shrimps and refrigerate below 38°F for one night in your refrigerator. Once thawed, consume within one day.

Quick thaw method:
In a colander, run cold water over the shrimps until the are fully defrosted. Never thaw shrimps at room temperature or in warm water.

Before cooking, rinse the shrimps under cold running water. These shrimps are versatile and can be appreciated in a variety of recipes: fried, sautéed, baked grilled, boiled or steamed.
