Mashed Fontane, Challenger and Bintje potatoes presented in form of quick frozen cylindrical shapes, which provide convenience and preserve the just-cooked freshness and flavor.

Double Boiler: For 200g of product: Add 75g of milk or water (and 75g of liquid cream, if wanted). Mix it well until thawing of the product and add 45g of butter.
Microwave: Place the frozen product on a non-metallic plate. Cover with microwave oven foil and pierce. Set the microwave at 700W and cook for 2 minutes. Add 2 table spoons of water or milk, mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
Store in freezer below 0˚F (-18˚C). Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not thaw and refreeze. Shelf life: 18 months from date of production.
