Cooked Necora - Velvet Crab
Our cooked Velvet Crab promises an exceptionally delicate flavor and is an excellent ingredient for a seafood platter, or the traditional French stew Bouillabaisse. Fished in the Cantabrian Sea, these Necoras (Spanish for Velvet Crab) come precooked and frozen in trays of 4 or 5 units.
