This traditional recipe ready to eat and is best served cold on toast point or brioche with a dash of cracked white pepper, or pan-fried for 2 minutes before being finished off in the oven at 350°F for 1-2 minutes. Pair it with jam and dessert wine!

Thaw in fridge for 3 hours before serving.
