French Lobster Soup with 26% Lobster Meat (Perard du Touquet)

Shake before use. Heat without boiling. Sprinkle with a few croutons.



Store at room temperature. After opening, keep in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours.
The Perard lobster soup makes a delicious French starter for three.


Simply requires warming gently in a saucepan and goes well with fried bread croutons rubbed with fresh garlic and rouille.

Another way to enjoy this soup is to add a little fresh cream prior to serving to give it a certain veloute.


Make a bouillabaisse by adding pieces of white fish, prawns and mussels as you warm your soup.
