French Lobster Soup with 26% Lobster Meat (Lobster Bisque)
Made with real Perard lobster meat, this velvety bisque makes a delicious appetizer or bouillabasse starter. Pairs wonderfully with fried croutons rubbed with fresh garlic and rouille. 23-ounce jar, serves 3.
Another way to enjoy this soup is to add a little fresh cream prior to serving to give it a certain veloute.
Make a bouillabaisse by adding pieces of white fish, prawns and mussels as you warm your soup.
Shake before use. Heat without boiling. Sprinkle with a few croutons.
Store at room temperature. After opening, keep in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours.
