We are thrilled to offer our customers sushi-quality tuna: skinless, boneless, bloodline off, vacuum packed, and CO-free, processed in Spain using only the most natural methods.
Our yellowfin tuna is treated with natural preservatives and antioxidants to retain and promote its red color without using CO.
They are caught from long-line vessels using seine nets, and only from sustainable fisheries.
Boneless and skinless, our frozen Yellowfin Saku Wild Tuna is commonly used as maguro in sushi bars, or seared and added to salads.
