Ready to bake or fry, our Dauphine Puff Potatoes are delicious bite-sized balls of mashed potato wrapped with moisture-rich choux pastry. Yum!
Oven: Preheat oven to 390°F. Arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Place sheet on middle shelf oven and bake for 10 minutes (or until desired color). Turn potatoes half way through baking.
