Rainbow trout is named for its multi-colored skin. Our rainbow trout is sustainably farm-raised in crystal-clear, cold spring waters. This boneless skin-on fillet is all natural and contains no preservatives.

Rainbow trout has a mild flavor and a delicate texture. It is best served grilled or sauteed.

Thaw in refrigerator:
When thawing, remove from plastic packaging. Cover and refrigerate below 38°F. Once thawed, consume within one to two days.

Quick thaw method:
Immerse packaged frozen fish in cold water for approximately 30 minutes.

This trout fillet can be baked and sauteed but is also amazing on the grill.
