Cook: Bring 2 quarts of salted water to boil. Plunge frozen ravioles into simmering water for 1-2 minutes or until they float to top. Gently stir to separate. When cooked, strain and transfer to a dish. Drizzle generously with cream or hot butter, season with salt and pepper and enjoy as is.

Another great way to enjoy them is baked 12-15 minutes in a baking dish after you strained and seasoned them.

These ravioles are very delicate. Do not overcook. Never let boil. Serve immediately on a hot plate.
