Frozen fresh egg pasta from Italy with a filling prepared with soft ricotta cheese and spinach leaves. Excellent served with tomato, flavorful meat sauces, cheese or vegetable-based dressings.

Stove: Bring salted water to the boil, add the still frozen pasta and once the water comes back to the boil, cook for 3-4 minutes. Gently drain the pasta and serve with your favorite sauce.
