This vegetarian Couscous is cooked with no added salt or fats. It is a healthy version of the Mediterranean traditional couscous recipe.
Simply reheat in a pan and enjoy as is or use this couscous as a base for a fuller dish.

Pan: Pour the frozen Veggie Couscous in a non-stick pan with a tablespoon of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of water and a pinch of salt, if desired. Cover and cook for 6 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
This couscous is excellent served cold, add more oil after cooking, stir and leave to cool.
