- Using kitchen scissors, split the langoustines lengthwise down the middle.
- In a small pan, melt the butter with the minced garlic and red pepper flakes.
- Brush the langoustine meat generously with the garlic butter.
- Place on a grill or under the broiler for 3-4 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Add the white wine to the remaining butter in the pan and let it reduce slightly.
- Add the chopped herbs and juice from both lemons to the butter sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the grilled langoustines and serve immediately.
