Ingredients
- Madeleines: 12
- Mixed berries: 2 cups
- Custard: 2 cups
- Whipped cream: 1 cup
- Sugar: 2 tbsp
- Grand Marnier: 2 tbsp
- Mint leaves: for garnish
Instructions
- Break the madeleines into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, macerate the berries with sugar and Grand Marnier for 15 minutes.
- In serving glasses, create layers: start with madeleine pieces at the bottom.
- Add a layer of custard over the madeleines.
- Add a layer of macerated berries with their juices.
- Top with a dollop of whipped cream.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
