  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat (375°F/190°C).
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
  3. Add the shrimp to the pan, season generously with salt and pepper, and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink.
  4. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and white wine to the pan. Reduce heat to low and simmer gently for 3 minutes until the tomatoes start to soften.
  5. Remove from heat and top with crumbled feta cheese and fresh basil leaves.
  6. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over everything and serve immediately with crusty bread.
