- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat (375°F/190°C).
- Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
- Add the shrimp to the pan, season generously with salt and pepper, and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes and white wine to the pan. Reduce heat to low and simmer gently for 3 minutes until the tomatoes start to soften.
- Remove from heat and top with crumbled feta cheese and fresh basil leaves.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over everything and serve immediately with crusty bread.
