  1. Mince the garlic very finely. In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil, paprika, and lemon juice to make a marinade.
  2. Coat the ribs thoroughly with the marinade, rubbing it into all surfaces. Place in a covered dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium heat (350°F/175°C).
  4. Grill the ribs for 25-30 minutes total, turning every 5-7 minutes to ensure even cooking and prevent burning.
  5. Baste with any remaining marinade each time you turn the ribs.
  6. Once cooked, let the ribs rest tented with foil for 5 minutes before cutting between the bones and serving.
