Our Organic Butter is made exclusively using milk from organically certified farms (AB label).
This milk not only benefits from the guarantees of organic farming, but also from the richness of the exceptional Isigny terroir.
It is picked up every 48 hours, then transported to our collection tanks where it is sampled to ensure that it meets our quality requirements.
- It respects socially responsible agriculture, in particular through the practice of grazing
- It is made with 100% Normandy milk
- Like PDO Isigny Butter, it is slowly matured in the traditional way
- The herds’ feed contains no GMOs, pesticides or other chemical products
