Absolutely delicious - would buy again. My company loved it! Perfect for a light dessert. I used the broiler, but would highly recommend using a torch for the sugar so the custard doesn’t get too warm.
They are not too sweet, not dry and not too much --- Just Right.

The creme brulee was very rich as it should be, but I had to add some regular granulated sugar on the top and used my kitchen torch to caramelized it and didn't crystallized as well as crystal sugar does!!! But the vanilla custard was excellent!!!
