We decided to try this Foie gras as we are big fans of Cuisinery products. This foie gras did not disappoint. We eat it once in a while at restaurants and really enjoy it but have never prepared it. We steam cooked a couple of slices in the microwave for about 25 seconds and then put the Foie gras in the frying pan for about 3-4 minutes on each side to get a sear. I would have thought we were Michelin chefs. It turned out perfect. We will order again.
