It’s an authentic all-in-one delight: our classic garlic and parsley butter escargots prepared in edible pastry shells! Simple, elegant, and easy to enjoy – just thaw and bake until the filling bubbles! Each pack includes 12 croquilles in an aluminum tray. Yields at least one evening of French-style celebration!
Because of the edible pastry shells, little is required to enjoy this dish. Simply pick up and enjoy, no toothpicks or hot shells to worry about!
Oven: Preheat the oven up to 180°C (350°F). Remove the packaging and put the Croquilles in the oven. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve as soon as the stuffing starts to bubble.

These escargot in pastry shells remind us of a delightful wine tasting we had in Puligny-Montrachet. Our wines were accompanied by several appetizers including escargot in pastry shells. The Chef told us it was a pre-made frozen product, so we've looked ever since returning from France and found these. They are really flavorful , our guests have enjoyed them too.
