Individually vacuum-packed to preserve flavor, texture, and freshness, this dish is best served steamed, poached, or grilled and topped with a la Meuniere sauce. Approx. 15 oz.

- Each sole weighs between 15 and 20 ounces (400-600 grams)
A classic way to serve dover sole is whole and filleted.
Serve it steamed, poached and topped with sauce, "A la Meuniere" or simply grilled with a capers and butter sauce and lemon wedges.

This is outstanding. It comes in individual bags to refreeze. The delicate fish is so fresh when baked. So easy. I make a cream wine tarragon sauce to put over it. I treasured every mouthful. I originally ordered 4, and bought another 4.
Great!. Will definitely try this again. It was difficult for this first timer but I had a blast preparing our sole meunire. I have pictures of the fun in preparing and serving but evidently they are not in the proper format.
