Very Meaty,Fleshy but mild Fish. Also Easy to prepare. Super Vesatile And Impossible to ruin/over cook. Pop in the oven with olive oil,salt and pepper. Serve with pasta with a Tomato sauce or alternatively Serve with rice with a spicy tomato sauce or even mashed potatoes for some-thing more plain. And Such GREAT VALUE!!!
