No more banging the bag against the counter! With our Individual Quick Freezing (IQF) technique, each item is frozen within minutes. This preserves food’s freshness, nutritional value, and texture, from tender steaks to creamy desserts to each individual pea.
We want your food to be perfect when it arrives, so we guarantee delivery within two days of shipment. Here’s how we do it:

We ship all over the continental United States.
We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska.
We cannot process orders shipping to a PO Box, Military address or international address.
Our shipping days are Mondays - Thursdays. Orders placed after 12pm on Thursdays will ship out the following Monday.

We ship our products using UPS, FedEx or a local carrier such as GSO in California.
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your cart total. All orders over $150 qualify for free shipping. Otherwise, shipping is a flat rate of $20.

Your order comes carefully packed in an insulated box with dry ice to keep our products cold inside a sealed container. For more detailed information please refer to our Shipping Policies page.
Due to the nature of our products, we can’t accept returns. Products will thaw, and will be wasted if they are shipped back. We are sorry, but health concerns prevent us from accepting these goods.
