Griselle C. I bought two packages of the cooked octopus and it was very tender. The first one I did octopus salad and the second one a seafood salad. Both times turned out great. It seems like it is not much much but since it already cook it' not going to shrink and it was enough for two and people and had some leftovers. I will buy again.
