12 Mediterranean-Style Fillo Quiches

Oven: Pre-heat oven to 375F. Remove plastic wrap. Place the mini quiches on baking pan about 1/2"" apart.
Bake for a total of 12-15 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
Convection oven reduces time by approximately 1/3.

As I said a few weeks ago, I had the Mediterranean style fillo quiches and the fillings were very tasty but I still prefer the regular quiche dough! As I didn't care much for the fillo in place of the regular dough, but that was my own preference!!! There was nothing wrong with the fillo!!! I do like fillo but not for quiches i.e. I love Spinakopita that obviously uses fillo and other desserts from Greece!!!
