This is as genuine as it gets considering that it’s frozen and can be taken out of a freezer a few hours prior put in the fridge and serve with minor decorations added to impress your guests and customers

When this cake arrived, I was worried that since it wasn't wrapped in plastic that it had dried out, but I was wrong. When it thawed completely, it was moist and delicious. Great cake.
