A traditional Portuguese pastry, Pastéis de Nata features a creamy custard center and a crispy, flaky crust – all topped off with a fine sprinkle of cinnamon. Just warm in the oven to enjoy this glazed egg tart as your daily dessert or rainy-day treat.
Baking from frozen:
Preheat the oven to 428°F (220°C). Remove frozen product from packaging and place the tarts, in their aluminum molds, directly on a baking tray in the middle position of the oven. Bake at the same temperature for about 12 minutes. Once complete, remove the tarts from their aluminum moulds, and place them on absorbent paper before serving.
