Not a review per se but a serious suggestion: Why not making the above "Scallops in Shell" into a true Coquille St Jacques which would have the Coral in it as the original French Coquille St Jacques recipe!!! Your Coquille St Jacques was so fantastic, I couldn't help but to think why not take your Coquille St Jacques wonderful recipe and make the Scallops in Shell into a Coquille St Jacques???
