No time to cook? Make a tasty sandwich with this lamb merguez sausage, a baguette and mustard!
To fully enjoy this North African style sausage, grill on BBQ for 15 to 20 minutes or using a frying pan, add 1/4 cup of water and simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes until water has evaporated, then add olive oil and gently fry the merguez for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy. Store in freezer below 0˚F (-18˚C) during 9 months. Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not thaw and refreeze
