French Quenelle Bun - Jacket Potato Style

Ingredients

  • French quenelle buns:
  • Sweetened condensed milk: 1 can
  • Cream cheese:
  • Grated cheese:
  • Shallot: 1/2 teaspoons
  • Chive, parsley, and garlic:

Instructions

  1. Poach the frozen French quenelle bun in boiling water for 10 minutes.
  2. Mince the shallot and herbs and chop the garlic. Add the cream cheese and mix until a homogenous mixture is obtained. Then season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the oven to 230°C/446°F. Place the French quenelle bun on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Take out the French Quenelle bun and fill it with the cream cheese preparation from earlier.
  4. Serve immediately. Bon appétit!

    CHEF TIPS: For a gourmet recipe, you can also add a slice of smoked salmon or some pieces of cured ham.
