
Ingredients
- Clovis red wine vinegar: 3 Cups
- Clovis whole grain mustard: 0.25 Cups
- Brittany blend veggies or: 1 Bag
- Extra fine green beans: 1 Bag
- Water: 3 Cups of
- Sugar: 2 Cups of
- Salt: 0.25 Cups of
- Ice: 1 Qt of
- Japaleno quartered & deseeded: 2
- Red onion sliced: 3
- Cloves of garlic: 15
- Pickling spices to taste:
Instructions
- Simmer all ingredients except the bag of vegetables and ice. Once simmered, add your vegetables. Do not cover, and stir to ensure uniform color.
- Return to simmer. Remove from your cooking vessel, add ice, and let it stand. Sample to adjust your seasonings. Once done, place in fridge and store for up to two weeks!
