
Ingredients
- Vegetables: 32 ounces
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Italian seasoning: 2 tablespoons
- Black pepper: 1/2 tablespoon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray or coat with olive oil.
- Microwave each bag of vegetables for about 4 minutes.
- Place vegetables on baking pan and cook for 25 minutes.
