Ingredients
- Canola mayonnaise: 1/4 cup
- 2% reduced-fat milk: 1 tablespoon
- Finely chopped shallots: 1 teaspoon
- Finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley: 1/2 teaspoon
- Whole-grain mustard: 1/2 teaspoon
- Dijon mustard: 1/2 teaspoon
- Drained, rinsed, and chopped brined capers: 1/2 teaspoon
- Minced fresh tarragon: 1/4 teaspoon
- Tarragon vinegar: 1/4 teaspoon
- Dash of black pepper:
- Dash of hot sauce:
