Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Unwrap the frozen lava cake and place it on an oven safe plate.
For a molten center, bake for 15-17 minutes. Adjust cooking time to your equipment.
Let sit for 2 minutes before serving with your favorite topping.

Microwave: Unwrap the frozen lava cake and place on a microwave-safe plate.
Heat at 750 watts for 40-50 seconds. Cook 10 more seconds if necessary. Adjust cooking time to your equipment.
