Mozzarella-Stuffed Corn Arepas
A typical Colombian dish from the region Antioquia, our Mozzarella-Stuffed Corn Arepas are the perfect marriage of sweet corn and mozzarella cheese. Serve warm with butter, or pair with light meat, for extra tastiness.
Microwave: 10 seconds maximum
Stove top: Spray the pan with oil and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
